Our Team: How we enrich everyday life
You’ll be joining Bauer Media’s growing Talent Team, a small but ambitious function that’s shaping the future of how we engage talent across broadcast, podcast, video, and social. Right now, 90% of our branded content deals feature talent – making this one of the most commercially exciting areas of our business.
As part of this team, you’ll work closely with commercial strategy, sales, editorial, and production – collaborating across the business to bring campaigns to life. It’s a new role, so you’ll have the opportunity to make your mark from day one.
The difference you will make
As our Commercial Talent Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind talent activations that power some of our biggest brand partnerships. By keeping the wheels turning day-to-day, you’ll free up our Talent Director to focus on long-term strategy – and together, you’ll deliver campaigns that delight clients, engage audiences, and generate real impact.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that’s equal parts commercial, creative, and operational – with exposure to top UK talent and major brand campaigns.

11. A self-starter mindset, able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
12. A natural curiosity about the talent industry – you’re switched on to trends and opportunities
13. (Bonus) Experience with commercial negotiations or pricing structures
