We are looking for a HRIS Configuration Manager (12 month fixed term contract ) that will deliver business critical Workday implementation and optimisation projects.
1. Apply advanced Workday knowledge to help support various implementation and improvement projects across the globe
2. Be a subject matter expert on Workday HCM and at least one other Workday module and be keen to expand knowledge of Workday functionality and/or other complementing modules.
Responsibilities
3. Lead on configuration design and development for Workday based initiatives: Data Structures, Business Processes, security role design, module specific configuration etc.
4. Support key Workday clients and other HR and IT stakeholders throughout implementation, cutover and support phases of initiatives.
5. Deliver system enhancements and help manage the cyclical Workday update processes / tenant maintenance processes
6. Lead on implementation / design workshops as and when required
7. Support in test phases by drafting / writing test scripts and using other adjacent toolkits where applicable
8. Create and manage EIB data loading strategies both for roll outs and ‘BAU’ mass data initiatives
9. Build WD reports as per business requirements and in line with data strategy
10. Adheres to agile methodology to provide estimates for features and setting sprint priorities
11. Ensure the Workday system remains SOX audit compliant by following existing processes and raising risks as required
Requirements:
12. Experience of Workday HCM and at least one other module
13. Experience of deployment of Workday with a service partner OR experience of BAU and Optimisation of Workday product with at least one customer.
14. Experience of all stages of Workday implementation methodology; Design, Architect, Test and Deploy
15. Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders given the agreed product strategy and plan.
