Are you an organised and proactive Administrator looking to make a real impact in a vital area of Fire Safety and Asset Management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to join the Fire Safety and Compliance Team at a respected Housing Association in Plymouth, supporting both Senior Managers and the wider team.
About the Role
As a key member of the Fire Safety and Compliance Team, you’ll provide essential administrative support to help ensure our residents live in safe and well-maintained homes. You will play a central role in keeping our compliance systems running smoothly by uploading and managing key documents, assisting with scheduling, tracking actions, and ensuring accurate record keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
* Upload and maintain fire safety and compliance documents to internal systems
* Support the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Liaise with internal teams and external contractors
* Assist with meeting preparation, note taking, and follow-up actions
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all data is up to date
About You:
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Confident using digital systems and document management tools
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* A team player with good communication skills
* Experience in a housing, property, or compliance environment is desirable but not essential
