A bit about the job
As a Pricing and Commercial Lead within our Health Innovation team, you will develop and implement commercial strategies for new propositions. You will use your pricing expertise and analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities, ensuring our innovations are customer-centric and commercially sustainable. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide insights and recommendations to influence strategic decisions and shape the future of our health business.
Skills and experience
Strong commercial background with experience in pricing, financial planning, and risk management.
Proficiency in commercial pricing and innovative thinking to influence product design and costing.
Experience with data analysis and at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Ability to develop business cases and communicate complex analysis to non-technical audiences.
Understanding of insurance pricing and distribution, ideally within the health sector.
