We are looking for an experiencedFacilities and Health and Safety Managerto oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning within our head office, QC lab and warehousing facilities.
1. Compliance with Health and Safety legislation, codes of practice and internal policies and procedures ensuring that all associated risk assessments are maintained at all times and all safety and security protocols are followed.
2. Liaison with our advisors for Health & Safety.
3. Contract management in relation to grounds and building maintenance, cleaning, security and pest control.
4. Financial management of the Facilities budget and costs
