Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
* Supervision & Training: Oversee fee earners operating at different levels, ensuring high professional standards through regular file reviews and structured training programs.
* Performance Management: Set objectives, conduct appraisals, and provide guidance on technical and professional matters.
* Risk & Compliance: Ensure processes and day to day management of compliance are watertight.
Operational & Strategic Responsibilities
* Case Supervision
* Process Improvement
Client & Transaction Management
* Complex Transactions: Handle high-value or intricate conveyancing matters.
* Client Care
* Strategic Direction: Shape the department’s future, aligning operations with the firm’s broader goals.
