About the Team
Warwickshire County Council is looking for committed, enthusiastic, child‑focused social workers. Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Professional social work qualification (MA/BA/BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or Certificate of Qualification in Social Work (CQSW)). Must hold Social Work England Registration.
* In depth experience in children’s social work and experience of complex cases.
* Have excellent analytical skills with the ability to make well‑informed decisions.
* Can record and produce concise, effective and accurate reports.
* Have good communication skills with the ability to build relationships, engage with children and families.
Working hours – 37 hrs per week with flexible working options, generally worked from 9am till 5.30pm Monday–Thursday and 9am to 5pm Friday.
