Now, we’re looking for a Project Information Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving digital excellence and ensuring seamless collaboration on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
As a Project Information Manager, you won’t just manage data—you’ll enable smarter decisions, reduce risk, and unlock efficiencies that shape the future of our cities. Your expertise will ensure projects run smoothly, meet compliance standards, and deliver exceptional value to clients. You’ll be the trusted advisor who bridges technical detail with strategic vision, helping Jacob's clients achieve their goals while championing innovation and best practices.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the development and implementation of robust information management strategies aligned with ISO 19650 and industry best practices.
* Drive digital workflows and data governance that empower teams to collaborate effectively and deliver with confidence.
* Deliver Information Management using Building Information Modelling (BIM) to enable seamless collaboration and coordination across Cities and Places.
* Act as the go‑to expert for clients, providing guidance and building strong relationships that foster trust and long‑term partnerships.
* Oversee data integration, quality assurance, and compliance monitoring to ensure flawless project delivery.
* Inspire and mentor teams to adopt cutting‑edge digital tools and automation, enhancing efficiency and innovation.
What You Bring
* A strong technical foundation in engineering, architecture, or related fields, with solid proven experience in project information management.
* Expertise in BIM standards, CDE platforms, and Data Governance for secure projects.
* A collaborative mindset and exceptional communication skills to influence and lead in a consultancy environment.
* Knowledge of automation and digital tools such as Dynamo, Power BI, Python, or Revit API is desirable.
* Eligibility for security clearance and a commitment to upholding information security protocols.
