Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality hairdressing services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
* Manage day-to-day salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent client experiences.
* Supervise and support junior staff, providing training and mentorship.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and health and safety protocols.
* Handle client bookings, queries, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow clientele.
Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience as a hairdresser with a strong portfolio.
* Previous managerial or supervisory experience in a salon setting.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
