Senior Underwriter – Property & Casualty
Location – Chelmsford, 3 days per week in the office
Salary – Basic up to £65,
IPS Group are working with a leading Global Insurer to bring in a Senior P&C Underwriter in Chelmsford!
This is a perfect opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise across P&C Underwriting wanting to further develop and take that next step with a Global Insurer.
What you’ll be doing?
Lead complex underwriting as a senior authority holderWin and retain major accounts across Property and/or CasualtyBuild powerful broker relationships in the regional marketDrive intelligent new business growth and support multinational opportunitiesCollaborate across the business to deliver exceptional service and performanceWhat we’re looking for –
Technical expertise across Property & Casualty Insurance (Casualty preference, but open to either!)Strong broker connections across the South East (Essex/ Kent etc)Ability to mentor and train new & existing staffEye on the current market trends/ insightsNew or Existing Business Underwriters considered
