Adecco is recruiting for an IT Procurement Administrator for one of their clients to start as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will:
Manage daily activities of the technology purchasing function, review purchasing decisions, orders, and vendor contracts. Oversee ordering of materials and supplies from vendors. Research, interview, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications. Create purchase orders for materials and perform related administrative tasks.
Requirements
* Support business operations including timely reporting and data collection. Contribute to data analysis for financial and commercial functions. Develop and execute work plans independently.
Essential
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
* Knowledge of IT Procurement Processes from Purchase to Pay for hardware/software.
* Experience coordinating multiple vendors and managing IT procurement accounts.
* Telecommunication service management skills (SIM connection and device inventory).
* Basic knowledge of SAP/Ariba tools.
* Proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel.
* Knowledge of ServiceNow.
* Proficiency with communication tools like MS Teams and Zoom.
This is a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid, with training in the office required.
