About the Role
Your main focus as a Housekeeping Assistant will be to work as part of a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and laundry within the home. You will operate according to our standard procedures for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring that service standards are upheld.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Carrying out all cleaning duties according to worksheet instructions.
* Understanding the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings, and the properties of cleaning materials, ensuring all areas are well presented and maintained in good condition.
* Treating all residents with dignity and respect, and always respecting their personal space and belongings.
About You

Our ideal candidate will have:
* Knowledge of Health and Safety practices, including Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.
* Experience in cleaning laundry in a public setting.
* Demonstrated compassion and commitment to providing high-quality housekeeping and laundry services to residents.
* The ability to be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
