Specification & Non-Conformance (NC) Coordinator Goole £28,000 – £31,000 per annum This is a Maternity Cover Vacancy until March 2027 About the Role Aqumen Recruitment is proud to be supporting a leading food manufacturing business in Goole in the search for a Specification & Non-Conformance (NC) Coordinator.
In this key technical role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring product quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
You'll be responsible for maintaining and managing product and ingredient specifications, coordinating non-conformance investigations, and supporting continuous improvement within the technical and quality functions.
Create, review, and maintain all ingredient, product, packaging, and ancillary item specifications and data sheets.
Coordinate non-conformance investigations for customer complaints, audits, and quality notifications.
Produce non-conformance trend data and KPI reports.
Support quality and hygiene audits, and assist in cross-functional technical projects.
About You: Previous experience in a QA or specification -based role within food manufacturing (or a related sector).
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems (qualifications an advantage).
Proficient in data management and report preparation.
