The Role

As a Principal Network Tech Lead, you will provide technical leadership in IT and networking to meet business objectives and foster growth.
Day-to-day, you will lead project teams to deliver complex solutions using best practices, forging strong collaborative relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading project teams to deliver complex solutions using best practices and developing strong collaborative relationships
* Providing technical leadership for programme, project, and bidding activities
* Supporting the development of network and IT staff in their technical disciplines and assisting in resourcing decisions
* Developing design certifications, technical delivery plans, high-level documentation, design documentation, and testing schedules
* Providing technical assurance by developing appropriate technical standards compliant with statutory, regulatory, company, and project-specific processes
Essential experience for the Principal Network Tech Lead:
* Proven experience working on diverse projects
* Ability to engage and motivate teams towards success and growth, respected as a leader
* Expertise in IT, networking, and cloud computing
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging multiple stakeholders and customers
* Ability to innovate and contribute creative ideas for complex technical assignments

This role is 37 hours per week, based in Malvern, with hybrid working options available.
