Summary
To support the growth of our business, we are looking for an FP&A Analyst to assist with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will collaborate with local management, cross-functional teams, and the EMEA Finance department to provide insights that inform business decisions. This role reports directly to the Head of FP&A Nordics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Budget and Forecast:
o Assist in preparing weekly financial forecasts and the annual budget.
o Support internal budget owners.
o Input and support budget data into ERP systems.
2. Reporting and Analysis:
o Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
o Assist with management reporting.
o Conduct variance analysis with commentary.
o Consult with stakeholders on financial status.
3. Business Partnering & Decision Support:
o Support ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic decisions.
o Identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
o Work with cross-functional teams for insights.
o Identify efficiency improvements.
o Collaborate with sales teams to understand industry dynamics.
Candidate Profile
* An AAT qualified, CIMA/ACCA student, or someone with relevant experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good understanding of Financial Planning and Analysis.
* Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, SAP, Tableau, or OneStream is preferred.
* Enthusiastic, quick thinker, problem solver.
* Willing to travel to Nordics bi-monthly.
