I am currently recruiting on behalf of Contechs, based in Warwick, who are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team
Job Description
As Project Coordinator, your main responsibilities include:
1. Integrate data to ensure compliance with the company management system.
2. Operate a policy of continued process improvement to increase the quality of services
3. Proactively contribute to the improvement of business development processes and resources
4. Support contractor issues and queries where required
5. Support colleagues and team members in their understanding of Contechs processes and project delivery
6. Support new sales opportunities with new and existing clients
Qualifications / Skills needed
7. Articulate effectively at all levels within the business
8. Advanced capability in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
9. Travel across OEM / Contechs locations where required
10. Awareness of Catia, TCE, CAE & virtual vehicle sign off
11. Awareness of best-in-class CAD / CAS / drafting standards and part name/numbering conventions
12. Ability to work in a methodical manner
