Overview

Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality care and support to children and young adults in a residential setting
* Supporting individuals with their daily routines, including personal care
* Assisting with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Encouraging independence, building confidence, and promoting emotional wellbeing
* Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
What We\'re Looking For
* Previous experience working with children and young adults is advantageous, but not essential - we provide full training
* A caring, patient, and resilient nature
* A team player who is reliable and willing to go the extra mile
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the individuals in our care
