The Role

We’re seeking a practical, detail-oriented Studio Manager to join us 2 days per week. You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the office, supporting operational processes, and being the go-to person for all things organisational. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys creating structure and supporting a collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the day-to-day running of the office to ensure a well-organised, welcoming, and functional workspace
* Liaise with building management and service providers to maintain a smooth office environment
* Manage office supplies, equipment, subscriptions, and general upkeep, including meeting room setup and boardroom bookings
* Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and coordinating team logistics
* Support Agency Culture and basic HR tasks such as onboarding, holiday & sick leave tracking, and maintaining internal records
* Assist with finance-related admin including invoice tracking and expenses processing (no finance experience required)
* Coordinate Agency Day, internal meetings, team events, birthdays, and office socials
* Act as the go-to person for ad hoc operational and team support as needed

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in a similar administrative, office management, or operational support role
* Exceptionally well-organised, reliable, and proactive — you're the kind of person who spots what needs doing and just gets it done
* Friendly and approachable, with great communication skills and a natural ability to build positive relationships across the team
* Comfortable juggling a range of tasks and able to manage your time independently with minimal supervision
* Tech-savvy and confident using tools like Microsoft Office suite, Zoom, spreadsheets, and task/project management platforms
* Practical, solutions-focused, and always happy to roll up your sleeves and lend a hand — no task too big or too small
* A calm, level-headed presence who enjoys creating order, supporting others, and contributing to a positive, can-do workplace culture

What We Offer

* 2 days/16 hours/week in-office (Tuesday & Wednesdays)

* £14k–£18k per annum (Pro-Rata, based on £35k–£45k FTE)
