Are you passionate about creating high-performing digital ad campaigns that deliver real results? We're looking for a talented Digital Advertising Specialist to plan, build, and optimise multi-channel campaigns that drive growth and profitability.
What you'll do
As our Digital Advertising Specialist, you'll take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll blend analytical skills with creativity to maximise ROAS, deliver data-driven insights, and stay ahead of the curve with platform updates.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning, creating, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
* Supporting Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) when required.
* Supporting TikTok campaigns when required.
* Implementing accurate conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions, and CRM integrations.
* Delivering consistent weekly campaign maintenance: adding negatives, testing ads, reviewing conversion performance, and other optimisation tasks.
* Meeting ROAS targets and ensuring ad spend profitability.
* Running data-driven A/B tests and experiments to drive performance.
* Collaborating with the creative & development team to enhance conversion rates and improve CPAs.
* Preparing and sharing clear weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.
* Collaborating with team members to suggest new ideas, flag issues early, and keep strategy documents up to date.
* Ensuring tracking functions accurately and escalating issues proactively.
* Staying on top of platform updates and applying best practices to campaigns.
What we're looking for
* Strong hands-on experience managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube).
* Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads is a plus.
* Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, and performance-driven advertising.
* Experience running A/B tests and campaign experiments.
* A proactive mindset, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with creative, development, and strategy teams.
