The Person
Key Responsibilities
* Whole-School Leadership: Support the Head of School in the day-to-day leadership and management of the school
* Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the School Improvement Plan
* Lead on raising standards in teaching, learning, and assessment across a primary curriculum
* Use data strategically to monitor progress and drive improvement for all Pupils
* Line manage staff and contribute to performance management and professional development
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and aspirational school culture rooted in high expectations
* Deputise for the Head of School when required
About You
* The successful applicant will have senior leadership experience within a large school setting, a proven ability to manage complex logistics, and a clear commitment to safeguarding and the wider life of the school.
* Highly organised, approachable, and a values-driven leader.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of how operational excellence supports the school’s strategic vision and values.
* Proven track record of improving outcomes for pupils, particularly vulnerable groups in a primary setting.
* Ability to inspire, develop, and support staff to deliver exceptional Teaching and Learning.
* Passionate about raising standards in education with strong leadership experience.
