Our client, a rapidly growing private pay home care company, is seeking a Client Liaison / Business Development professional to be the face of our mission: delivering exceptional care to clients while building trusted referral relationships.
What You’ll Do
* Cultivate and grow referral networks with hospital case managers, social workers, discharge planners, geriatric specialists, neurologists, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals.
* Spot new business opportunities and proactively expand our reach within the healthcare community.
* Confidently communicate the value of private pay home care to professionals, clients, and families.
* Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking opportunities—hosting and entertaining referral sources as needed.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to keep us strategically positioned.
* Consistently hit (and surpass) referral and sales goals.
* Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client experiences.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of proven success in healthcare sales—ideally in private pay home care.
* A strong, existing network within hospitals and healthcare facilities.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to build trust fast.
* A self-motivated, results-driven personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
* Flexibility to entertain referral sources and actively participate in industry networking events.
