Role: Business & Customer Service Tutor
Location: Bolton College
Hours: Up to 24 hours per week, Tuesday & Thursday + 2 flexible 7 hour days
Term: Temp to June
Start: April 2024

Position Overview:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business & Customer Service Tutor to join us on a temporary basis until the end of the academic year. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of the Level 1 Customer Service course to college learners aged 16 to 19 and work with Apprentices in the workplace. The role is flexible and therefore could be catered towards one person completing the full 24 hour per week schedule or be split into two different positions. Key Responsibilities:
3. Deliver the Level 1 Customer Service course and engage learners so they are inspired to succeed.
4. Support Apprentices in the workplace and assess progression and achievement appropriately.
5. Plan and prepare for lessons to ensure excellent learner experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
6. Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
7. Assessors qualification
8. Experience in delivery of Business Studies and Customer Service lessons
