Customer Advisor Location: Watton, Norfolk
Working Hours:
* Week 1: 09:30 – 18:00
* Week 2: 08:00 – 16:30
* Monday to Friday (No weekends)
Role Overview:My client is seeking three confident and customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for contacting customers via outbound calls, following a structured call script to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to customers using a pre-defined call script.
* Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, or campaigns.
* Record customer responses and feedback in the CRM system.
* Meet daily and weekly call targets and KPIs.
* Handle objections and escalate complex queries when necessary.
* Maintain compliance with data protection and company policies.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience in a customer service or outbound calling role preferred.
* Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
* Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow.
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
* Basic IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
