We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Project Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis to support the site HR Team and Disentanglement project. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations during a period of organizational transition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment coordination, HR administration, systems management, and training.
1. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and supporting hiring managers.
2. Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
3. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and documentation.
4. Ensure HR systems are consistently updated with accurate employee data.
5. Support data integrity and reporting needs related to the Disentanglement project.
6. Collaborate with the project team to support HR-related deliverables.
7. Provide administrative support for project-related HR activities, including documentation and communication.
8. Deliver the Company Induction programme.
9. Source and implement training programmes to meet business objectives for UK EH.
10. Undertake all aspects of administration related to training and accountability to ensure tracking and compliance from a training perspective.
11. Respond to employee queries related to contracts, onboarding, and HR systems.
12. Support ad hoc HR initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications include proven experience in HR coordination or administration, ideally in a project-based or transitional environment, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR documentation. Proficiency in HR systems (experience with OrgVue and MYRB is a plus), excellent organizational and time management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
