WTW’s DC research team has an excellent reputation in the industry and we’re looking for someone to join us.
If you’re keen, we have an exciting opportunity for a junior member of the team to support our consultants who deliver advice to some of the UK’s largest employers and most innovative DC schemes.
In return, we offer the opportunity to develop your research and analytical skills within a leading advisory firm, where flexibility, hybrid working and work/life balance are central to the way we work.
Responsibilities:
Working in our Central Research and Support team you’ll provide support to DC consultants with the research and assessment of bundled DC products and services in the UK. The providers are generally insurance companies and investment managers.
The role includes:
1. Production of governance material through the consolidation and analysis of data and preparing first drafts of client facing output
2. Identify trends and patterns in datasets
3. Presenting results from external data sets in a client friendly format such as graphs and charts
4. Drafting commentary explaining data trends in client facing documents.
5. Contributing ideas on how to expand our centralised data analytics service to meet the evolving requirements of DC+ consultants and satisfying wider regulatory requirements
The right candidate will be given the opportunity to develop in a non-client facing role, expanding the team’s capabilities in this area.
