Responsibilities
What You’ll Actually Do:Create at the Edge: Generate and direct compelling video and image concepts using state-of-the-art AI models like Google Veo, Kling, Sora, and Imagen.Refine and Polish: Transform raw AI generations into professional, high-impact assets using your skills in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Photoshop. Youll be the human touch that provides the final 10% of genius.Define Our Voice: Develop and manage our social media presence with content that stops the scroll and starts conversations.Design the Future: Collaborate with our team to design marketing materials—from web graphics to presentation assets—that look and feel like theyre from tomorrow.Become the Expert: Experiment relentlessly, document your findings, and help us build the HeitechSoft playbook for an AI-first creative strategy.
Requirements
This is a junior position where passion and potential outweigh professional experience. Your portfolio is your application.A Compelling Portfolio: You must have a portfolio of personal work that showcases your creative vision and experiments with digital media and/or AI tools.AI Native: Hands-on experience with generative AI image and video tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Imagen, Sora, Veo, Kling).Classic Craftsmanship: Proficiency in traditional creative software for finishing and polishing (Adobe Photoshop for images, DaVinci Resolve or a similar professional video editor).Social Media Savvy: An intuitive understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable on platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram.The Right Mindset: An experimental spirit, a high tolerance for ambiguity (these tools are new for everyone!), and a powerful creative intuition for design, composition, and storytelling.Eligibility: You are a recent graduate or a current student in a relevant program (e.g., Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications) and are eligible to participate in an internship/co-op program.
