Job Description
3. Manage the credit control function to ensure timely payment of invoices
4. Liaise with customers to resolve any invoice queries
5. Work closely with the finance team to improve processes
6. Maintain accurate records of all credit control activity
7. Assist in the preparation of management reports
8. Contribute to the team's objectives and goals
9. Comply with all company and industry regulations
10. Participate in relevant training and development opportunities
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
12. Prior experience in a Credit Controller role
13. Knowledge of the Property industry
14. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
15. Proficiency in using financial software
16. Strong problem-solving abilities
