A well-established law firm in Loughborough is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join its busy Residential Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is looking to play a key role in supporting a high-performing conveyancing department.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing client communications in a professional and efficient manner
* Providing digital dictation and administrative support
* Assisting with Land Registry Portal submissions
* Supporting across a wide range of residential conveyancing matters
* Handling administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and diary management
* Assisting other members of the department as required
What we need from you:
1. Recent experience supporting a residential property fee earner or team
2. Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process for both sales and purchases
3. Previous experience in a conveyancing department providing high-quality support
4. Proficiency in Bighand (or similar digital dictation systems)
5. Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Residential Property
