Polar Bear Plumbing Heating & Air in Windsor, CO is hiring a mechanical problem solver to join us full-time, precisely installing heating and air conditioning systems. Job Area: Our service range covers Northern Colorado.
Pay: Our HVAC Installers earn $20.00 to $40.00 per hour (based on experience) and are eligible for a SPIFF incentive.
Schedule: You'll work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Your Role Includes
* Accurately installing heating and air conditioning equipment
* Performing routine maintenance like cleaning and inspecting systems
* Connecting electrical wiring and controls
* Working with team members to complete efficient, high-quality installations
* Following safety guidelines and building codes
* Answering client questions, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service
What You’ll Need to Get Started
* EPA certification
* 1+ years of experience as an installer or service technician
* Strong mechanical and HVAC system knowledge
* Ability to repair and maintain heating and air conditioning equipment
* Ability to work independently and with a team
* Ability to work overhead, in confined spaces, on ladders, and in various weather conditions
* Ability to lift 75 pounds
* Problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
