You will be:
Social Media Management
* Plan, schedule, and oversee content across all social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms such as TikTok, X (Twitter), and Threads.
* Develop and implement social media strategies that align with brand goals and target audiences.
* Engage with followers by monitoring comments, responding promptly, and fostering a positive online community in an on-brand manner.
Content Creation
* Produce high-quality, eye-catching content including photos, graphics, and videos that resonate with our audience.
* Ensure all content complies with brand standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
* Collaborate with internal teams or external partners to bring creative concepts to life.
Community Building & Brand Growth
* Cultivate relationships with online communities, clients, prospects, and industry partners.
* Position our brand as a trusted authority in business finance through authentic engagement and insightful content.
Performance Analysis & Optimisation
* Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
* Track key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
* Prepare regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
* Continuously refine content strategies based on data-driven insights to maximise engagement and growth.
You will have:
* A highly creative individual with a keen eye for what works visually and narratively on social media.
* Confident copywriter capable of crafting compelling stories across various formats.
* Deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics to inform content decisions.
* Strong photography and videography skills, including editing across multiple formats.
* Proactive, resourceful, and eager to stay ahead of social media trends.
