About BCWA Modern Slavery Support Service
BCWA's Modern Slavery Support Service specializes in providing accommodation and community support to victims of modern-day slavery and human trafficking, supported under the Home Office national contracting arrangements. As the lead provider in the West Midlands, we collaborate with key agencies to assess risks and develop tailored support plans. Our support ensures victims have a safe space, practical and financial assistance, and referrals to partner agencies as needed.

Candidate Profile
We seek a highly skilled advocate with excellent communication skills, compassion, and an understanding of abuse and exploitation impacts. Experience working with trauma-affected adults is essential. The ideal candidate is innovative, enjoys problem-solving, and aims to develop leadership skills.
Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality frontline services to victims of Modern Slavery, including risk and needs assessments, journey planning, and case reviews, supporting clients through recovery. Self-motivation, conscientiousness, and ambition are important qualities.
