SUMMARY
Valkyrie Industries is a London-based deep-tech company building technology for physiotherapy and fitness, developing wearables, mobile and virtual experiences. Our mission is to create the highest value for our end users by delivering the best wearable muscle haptics technology and to scale this across wellness, healthcare and entertainment.
Our systems have been in use in physiotherapy clinics in the UK and EU since earlier this year, with our first consumer-ready units scheduled to ship this New Year.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a core team member to be responsible for all things marketing. You will have an opportunity to steer the company’s marketing campaign and be instrumental in the company’s success. You will be given a lot of agency to become a creative leader and to perfect the unique company’s voice in the noisy world of marketing & digital advertising.
You will work closely with the rest of the team (CEO, software and hardware engineers, and designer) and outsourced Marketing Agency to build our brand, raise product awareness and sell our devices. The successful candidate must be creative, pro-active and resourceful.
This role has great potential for career growth with the possibility of becoming our CMO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Develop and execute marketing strategies & marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising..
● Create and run ad campaigns on Google, Meta or any other social platform.
● Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to identify target markets, trends, and opportunities for growth.
● Run marketing experiments.
● Attend and manage international booths at live events and shows.
● Develop and maintain the company's brand identity
PERSONAL PROFILE
Necessary Experience:
● 2 - 4 years experience in Marketing, Branding and/or Ads.
● Experience working in and with agile teams.
● Ability to take personal responsibility.
● Expert in social media algorithms / ad campaigns.
● Creating social media assets and eye-catching visuals.
● Strong interpersonal skills.
● A good eye for design.
Optional but desired skills & experience:
● Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent
● Experience in running events both regional and worldwide.
● Expert in managing communities (e.g. Discord, Twitch).
● Adept at Adobe Creative Cloud software
● Interest in fitness, wellness or physiotherapy.
Schedule:
● 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
● 25 days a year holiday
Salary:
● £40,000.00 ~ £50,000.00 pa depending on the experience + Share options.
