We are looking for a caring and resilient Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our team in Hull. You will be working with young people aged 10 to 17 who have a range of mental health needs and may have experienced trauma or challenging life circumstances. In this role, you will provide day-to-day care, emotional support, and guidance to help each young person feel safe, valued, and supported. You will encourage positive routines, build trust, and help them develop life skills and confidence.
