Our client is a growing company based in Bedford, and theyre looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their small, friendly team on a temporary basis.

Responding to customer queries via phone and email and webchat
Ensuring excellent service is delivered at all times
Meeting weekly KPIs and targets
