Join Prysmian and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. We’re looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer to support and guide our electrical maintenance team, ensuring we meet operational targets efficiently and safely.

What You’ll Do:
1. Lead and support a team of experienced electrical technicians, providing technical expertise and guidance.
2. Oversee electrical site services, including HV switchgear and distribution systems.
3. Drive improvement programs for aging equipment and manage electrical projects from specification to delivery.
4. Implement lean and continuous improvement strategies to enhance performance and sustainability.
5. Take responsibility for coordinating activities across shift patterns and supporting technician development.
You are the right fit if you have/are:
6. Degree or HNC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
7. Hands-on maintenance experience and strong knowledge of electrical control principles.
8. Familiarity with BS7671 – 18th Edition and PLC systems (Allen Bradley or Siemens preferred).
9. Experience in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment with AC/DC drives and automation systems.
10. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
