Responsibilities
* Assist the Restaurant Manager to steer the team and keep operations running like clockwork.
* Support the Manager in leading the restaurant, delivering excellent service, and ensuring every pizza is a masterpiece.
* Inspire, coach, and develop the team to be their best, creating a fun and supportive environment.
* Manage busy shifts, handle customer feedback, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
* Keep an eye on the numbers, from stock levels to staff schedules, ensuring balance.
* Step up as Manager when needed, maintaining the Franco Manca magic.
Qualifications
* Management or supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant environments.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team on the busiest days.
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for pizza.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.
* Sharp focus on details, ensuring quality and consistency.
