* Provide high-quality virtual administrative support to medical consultants
* Manage consultant diaries and coordinate clinic appointments and operations
* Handle inbox and phone line management with professionalism and warmth
* Prepare clinic documents and send out correspondence
* Chase results and outstanding items as needed
* Raise invoices, follow up on payments, and reconcile accounts
* Ensure smooth day-to-day running of private medical practices
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year of experience in the private healthcare sector and 2 years administration experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital literacy
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* A proactive team player with a positive attitude
* A suitable work-from-home setup (we're happy to help you get what you need)
* Ability to think on your feet and use your initiative
* Great customer service skills
Desirable but Not Essential
* Experience using Carebit
* Familiarity with hospital systems such as Meditech, Ultragenda, or Compucare
* Understanding of medical terminology
