Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for admin and compliance? We’re looking for an Administrator to join our busy Coventry team. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct full compliance checks in line with company standards
Resource and register candidates across various sectors
Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and CRM systems
Perform data entry and assist with general admin duties
Keep candidate information organised and up to date
Support the wider team with day-to-day coordination
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience using CRM systems
Previous administrative and/or compliance experience (preferred)
Excellent attention to detail
Confident communication and teamwork abilities
