Randstad C&P are seeking a Contracts Manager to work in a senior management role managing projects valued up to £5m. The role will involve managing varoius projects across Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, valued at up to £5m. The schemes will vary from internal refurb to renovation of period and listed buildings.
Responsibilities:
* Initiate and finalise contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
* Monitor and analyse project expenses meticulously, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints
* Establish stringent quality control measures, conducting regular inspections to maintain high standards
* Act as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, facilitating transparent communicationchannels
* Evaluate proposed changes to project scope, meticulously assessing their impact on budget and schedule, and managing change orders accordingly
