We’re excited to be working with a beautiful country house hotel in Stroud, home to a highly regarded 2 Rosette restaurant. They are now seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead the front-of-house operation and further elevate an already award-winning dining experience.

Responsibilities as the Food & Beverage Manager…
7. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar
8. Ensuring seamless collaboration between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams
9. Taking full responsibility for the performance of the F&B operation
10. Playing a key role in shaping menus, wine lists, and culinary events
11. Delivering consistently high service standards in an efficient, guest-focused manner
12. Leading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team
13. Managing budgets, forecasting, and all F&B financials with confidence
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Food & Beverage Manager to work alongside a dedicated team, while continuing to develop their leadership skills through a tailored development plan.
