Our client is offering an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Senior IFA Administrator.
You will have the opportunity to join an established & growing firm based in the heart of the City of London, working with some of the industry's leading Financial Advisers. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an administrative role in financial services, with previous experience in pensions and investments. You will proactively support and assist the team, liaising with advisers, financial product providers, clients, and other relevant third parties.

Our client offers full support with CII qualifications and progression within the firm.
Duties will include:
* Being the point of contact for staff for technical queries
* Proactively liaising with clients, advisers, providers, and team members to request documentation and provide progress updates
* Case submission to the compliance team
* Client management
* Using online provider platforms
* Using and maintaining the in-house CRM system
* Preparing reports and client review packs for advisers
* Maintaining pipelines and contacting lenders/providers to facilitate case progression
* Managing the adviser’s diary and client meetings
* Working with and adhering to company and FCA policies and procedures
Skills required:
* Excellent industry experience and product knowledge
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
* Completion of at least four R0 CII courses
* Experience with pension and investment administration
* Professional approach with excellent telephone and email manners
* Ability to work independently and take direction
* Excellent computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Highly organized with a problem-solving approach
* Ability to provide high-quality technical support to financial advisers
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Motivated, efficient, hardworking, and a team player
