Restaurant Manager – Chets (Accor)
Location: The Hoxton, Shepherd’s Bush, London
The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is a vibrant 237‑room hotel with an all‑day restaurant – Chets, serving Thai‑American comfort food. As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the front‑of‑house team, ensuring top service and guest experience while driving profitability.
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate an energetic front‑of‑house team.
* Deliver a superior guest and team experience, supporting and empowering staff.
* Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage to plan initiatives and incentives.
* Own P&L, manage costs and find efficient solutions while maintaining quality.
* Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to synchronize front‑and‑back operations.
Qualifications
* 2+ years as Restaurant Manager in a busy, bustling environment.
* Proven track record managing a large FOH team.
* Passion for service and brand integrity.
* Managerial skills to achieve budgeted KPI’s in labour, COS% and OPEX.
* Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to innovate.
