About the Role
Sales & Admin Support for Bridal Week, responsible for various tasks including contract preparation, ledger management, and marketing support.
Responsibilities
* Preparing all contracts on Netsuite and emailing to main contact via Docusign, with terms & conditions and a floor plan.
* Chasing contract return, and updating on ledger and Netsuite system for invoicing.
* Keep master ledger (Googledoc) up to date. Check to floor plan monthly to ensure it matches.
* Monthly check between Sales Ledger (Google doc) and Netsuite list to make sure it matches, updating with amends.
* Acknowledging contract once returned with template email mentioning insurance, marketing, exhibitor manual and showguide/website form.
* Add exhibitors/brands to BW website once contracts are signed and upload the floor plan to the BW website every few weeks.
* Create a show guide spreadsheet. Chase for return of all the forms and add to spreadsheet once returned. Always be aware of the deadline this must be sent to marketing for design.
* Dealing with any cancellations/stand amends – amending on Netsuite and updating Googledoc.
* Raise any visa letters requested for exhibitors and visitors (standard template email).
* Put together Welcome Packs and Sales Packs for onsite.
* Attend both shows on the days agreed and work to the schedule.
Required Skills
* Hard working with a ‘can do attitude’
* Ability to meet deadlines and work comfortably under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail – excellent copy-writing skills a plus
* Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated
* Excellent attention to detail
* Willing to work hard and learn new skill
