Job Description
* Maintaining a safe and secure environment and ensuring safe access to buildings at all times
* Carrying out patrols and hazard reporting as requested
* Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
* Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation
* Access / Egress control
* Monitoring of alarms and CCTV systems
* Key Holding responsibilities
* Controlling and monitoring access to the car parks
* Adhering to policies and procedures at all times
* General refuse management and ensuring overall tidiness on site
* Providing a high standard of customer service
* Being polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos
* Having a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations

Essential Skills
* Valid SIA Licences
* Security experience within a Warehouse setting is preferable
* Must be able to drive and have own transport due to site location
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Punctual and reliable
* High levels of written and verbal communication skills
* Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858
* Comfortable patrolling long distances and being on your feet for extended periods
