The Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to use your recruitment expertise, as well as playing a key role in further expanding our training offering. You will be responsible for developing existing client relationships, winning new business, and identifying opportunities across both recruitment and training services. Key Responsibilities Build, manage and maximise opportunities with existing clients Proactively identify and win new business across recruitment and training services Deliver high-quality solutions to meet client expectations Participate in an on-call rota to support business operations out of hours.
