A multinational global dairy producer is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their Marketing Team to cover for a period of maternity leave.

Marketing Manager - What You'll be Doing
* :Plan and execute a marketing & comms plan for the calendar year, to ensure acquisition and growth goals are met, with a focus on lead generatio
* nDesign content with our suppliers for social media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), using Canv
* aMaintain new website post launch (Q working with IT on any post launch integration of other site
* sLeads our relationships with suppliers to ensure alignment on marketing and future developments, working with both the retail and independent arms of the busines
* sSet and administer annual marketing budget for the approval of the Boar
* dAssess the effectiveness of marketing activity and make recommendations of adaptations if require
* dGain a thorough and competitive insight of the market through customer and major stakeholder insights (trade magazines) and share the knowledge accordingl
* yEnsure the company's brand and tone of voice is consistent across all channels and collatera
* lProvide tools and marketing materials to enable the Production, Sales & Commercial teams to function effectively (monthly promotional leaflets, annual brochure and Christmas brochure, along with any other POS as the business requires
* )Collaborative working with senior managers to manage and measure marketing campaign cost
* sIdentify new business opportunities and work with the Production, Sales & Commercial teams to realise those opportunitie
* sTake the lead on managing company events (trade shows in April and September along with retailer event in November) from arranging products, H&S assessments etc
* .Responsible for NPD prior to launch and sourcing new products for our portfoli
