Key Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Delivery Workflow Management Officer, your key duties will include:
� Assisting on workflow planning, forecasting and reporting; providing a holistic view of workflow management.
� Assisting and/or leading on change projects for improvement in all areas of the business.
� Analysis of business data, identifying trends and risks; providing valuable bench marking as well as timely insights to various stakeholders.
� Facilitate balancing workflow across all products and work streams to achieve optimum results.
� Reviewing performance data to plan the management workflow.
� KPI monitoring and reporting.
� Proactive role in support of the design of new MI to support the planning and reporting requirements.
� Line Management responsibilities and acting as a role model to provide a continuous improvement and growth mindset.
Person specification
As a Delivery Workflow Management Officer within UK Security Vetting, we are looking for people who have the following expertise and attributes:
� A high-energy and proactive nature, with a positive can-do attitude, result-focused and an ability to multitask and meet stringent deadlines, with an ability to stay calm under pressure.
� A natural collaborator with an ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
� A strong communicator, both verbally and written with strong attention to detail.
� Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and plans.
� Good knowledge of forecasting and modelling techniques.
� Positive towards change and an aptitude for implementing improvements.
� Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create visual and verbally engaging analyses, reports, and presentations.
Experience
Essential:
� Experience of supporting significant business transformation within an organisation.
� Experienced in workflow management in a fast-paced Delivery Services environment.
Additional information:
A minimum 60% of your working time should be spent at your principal workplace. Although requirements to attend other locations for official business will also count towards this level of attendance.
