Responsibilities
* Handle initial client claims related to road traffic, personal injury, and vehicle damage.
* Look after your own caseload of clients, delivering an exceptional customer service experience to both customers and clients.
* Be articulate, having a strong communication skill set to handle complex claims, and maintain professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.
* Work to targets and deadlines within a proactive workplace, taking ownership of your caseload.

* Competitive Salary: £27,000 to £30,000. Excellent bonus earning potential (top performers earn an average of £500 bonus per month, plus overtime).

Working Hours
This role is full‑time, based on 40 hours per week. The working pattern is Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, with an expectation of one late shift per week up to 7.00pm or 8.00pm and 1 to 2 weekend shifts per calendar month as part of an overtime rota. We are also fully office‑based in Byker, Newcastle.
