Are you a visionary leader with a passion for transforming claims operations through digital innovation? AXA is seeking a dynamic Claims Management Product Director, to spearhead our Claims Tribe. This is your opportunity to shape the strategic direction, drive impactful delivery, and elevate operational excellence in one of our most vital business areas.
You'll own the end-to-end strategic vision and operational performance of AXA's Claims ecosystem. Your leadership will align business objectives with cutting-edge technology solutions, delivering scalable, customer-centric claims experiences. This role is central to AXA's commitment to simplification, digital transformation, and service excellence making a tangible difference for our customers and our business.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
