Salary: £130 – £251+ per day (Depending on Experience)

Are you a passionate KS2 Teacher ready to inspire and motivate the next generation of learners?
GSL Education are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to join welcoming and forward-thinking schools across Nottinghamshire.
As a KS2 Teacher, you will take responsibility for teaching pupils in Key Stage 2, delivering creative and structured lessons that build upon core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science. You will guide your pupils through the crucial years of primary education, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and curiosity they need to transition smoothly into secondary school.
Responsibilities of a KS2 Teacher
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
* Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and academic achievement.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support pupils’ learning and development.
* Inspire a lifelong love of learning through innovative teaching methods and enthusiasm.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
* Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.
* Previous experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils.
* Strong knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A positive, adaptable, and child-centred approach to teaching.
* A thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
* Have an updated CV and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
